Join us for the upcoming Leyden Bears 2026 Season Registration!

Time: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Location: Grant Park, Northlake, IL

Important Registration Details

• Football: Online registration must be completed prior to the in‑person registration date.
  • The updated URL for online registration will be provided soon.
• Cheerleading: Registration will be completed onsite only on March 21st.

• All Participants: Child must be present on the registration date for uniform sizing.

The Leyden Bears community is reaching out with both heavy hearts and unwavering hope. Bree, a devoted wife and the loving mother of six beautiful children, is once again facing the unimaginable. She has been diagnosed with a brain tumor for the second time—a devastating challenge no one should endure even once, let alone twice.

We are rallying together to support Bree and her family during this incredibly difficult time. Funds raised will directly assist with:

• Critical medical treatments and procedures
• Travel and care-related expenses
• Essential needs for Bree’s six children
• Housing and family support throughout this journey

Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a meaningful impact. Even if you’re unable to give financially, sharing Bree’s story and sending positive thoughts are powerful ways to help.
